Fully Automatic Compression and Flexural Machine


Fully Automatic console is providing control for the main compression frame.
All parameters such as Speed rate, sample size, dat, time etc. by using keypad.
The calibration and engineering data are protected by pass code and test result can be viewed and stored up to 300 numbers test with can be connected to printer or PC. by using RS232 cable.
The measuring system and hydraulic pump are control by microprocessor.
Auto rapid approach system is provided in the test and load control is based on Servo motor.
Capacity Available: 1500, 2000, 3000kN.
Compression Mode:
Low range 0-400kN x 0.1kN
High range 400-3000kN x 1kN
Flexural Mode:
Range 0-100 x 0.01kN or 0-250kN x 0.01kN

This model has two frame available for Compression and Flexural test.
Compression Frame: Available 1500, 2000, 3000kN capacity.
For test Cube specimen and Cylinder specimen

Flexural frame: 100 kN capacity flexural /transverse load (bending) frame
-Distance between lower supporting rollers are adjustable from 200 to 750 mm apart
-Maximum specimen size acceptable is 200 x 550 x 800 mm (H xWx L)
-Maximum vertical clearance from upper to lower supporting rollers is 2’10 mm
-Maximum ram travel is 150 mm
-Stable fabrication frame ensure rigidity during testing
-Test on flagstone, kerbs and beams of up to 200 mm square section
-Hydraulic pressure supplied by motorised or automatic power pack
-Upper supporting rollers are removeable for single or double point loading
